On the work, the studio, and the philosophy.
A quiet record of the questions we are asked most — split between the practical and the considered. Take your time.
I.
The Logistics
We are a private studio in Hurlingham, Nairobi, at Hurlingham Park on Argwings Kodhek Road, opposite Whisky Hub.
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Sessions are by appointment so every client has the space to themselves.

Yes. Precision body piercing is done in-studio by She Pierces, in the same calm, sterile environment as our tattoo work.
The consultation fee is a standard, fixed amount settled at reception. This covers our dedicated design time and deep-dive discussion. While non-refundable, the full amount is credited toward your final tattoo price as an investment in the piece.
No. Pricing is determined by size, placement, complexity, and time. Creative freedom is simply an invitation for the artist to ensure the design flows perfectly with your unique anatomy.
We uphold a standard of originality and respect. We do not replicate other artists' work exactly, nor do we create designs rooted in hate, discrimination, or violence. Every mark must carry meaning and respect.

The Philosophy
We value a balance. Clear direction helps us understand the soul of your story, while our experience shapes that vision into a design that lives and breathes with the body.
A good tattoo is visually pleasing; a great tattoo is an extension of the person. It happens when concept, placement, and clean execution align to tell a story that ages as gracefully as the wearer.
We are currently drawn to the intersection of sacred geometry, African symbolism, and surrealism — pieces that feel futuristic yet deeply rooted in nature and the human experience.
These carry a profound weight, often representing the strength found in navigating hidden pain or toxic roots. Artistically, we love the dark illustrative possibilities of twisted branches and snakes to tell that specific personal story.
Invariably, it is the one currently under the needle. We pour our entire focus into the present piece, making the most recent work our most cherished.
